Service & support terms

What your subscription includes

Your monthly subscription covers everything your website needs to stay online and current:

  • Hosting on your own dedicated server in the EU, including SSL certificates, security updates and daily backups.
  • Your web addresses: your name.site.welcometable.eu address always, and your own domain connected at no extra charge.
  • Self-serve editing, unlimited: your site has its own admin area where you change your menu, prices, photos, opening hours and specials yourself, any day, instantly, at no cost.
  • Any language, self-serve: your site ships in your language and English, and the built-in Translation Hub lets you add any other language yourself (export a spreadsheet, auto-translate or refine, upload it back).
  • A hand when you need one: stuck, or no time? Email us and we'll gladly apply small content changes for you or refresh your Google reviews. For recurring heavy lifting we'll propose a fair arrangement first.
  • Monitoring: we check your site automatically around the clock and are alerted if it goes down, usually before anyone notices.

Support

  • Channel: email.
  • Response time: we reply within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, Belgian holidays excluded). In practice it's usually much faster.
  • Site-down emergencies: treated with priority, ahead of any other work.

What's not included

These are billable separately, and always quoted before any work starts:

  • Design changes beyond your current template (new sections, layout changes, custom features).
  • Content writing and professional photography.
  • Anything requiring changes to services we don't operate (your domain registrar account, your Google Business profile, your email provider).

Uptime, honestly

Your site runs on its own server with automatic monitoring and daily backups. We aim for it to be reachable at all times and we fix outages with priority. As a small company we don't promise a contractual uptime percentage or offer service credits. In return, you get a direct line to the person who actually built your site, not a ticket queue.

If you cancel

  • Your subscription stops at the end of the paid period; there is no cancellation fee.
  • Your own domain name is yours: if you bought it, you keep it, and we help you point it elsewhere if you ask within 30 days of cancelling.
  • The website itself (design, hosting setup) is part of the service and goes offline when the subscription ends. Your content (menu text, photos you gave us) is always yours; we'll send it to you on request within 30 days.
